Sign in, reset your password and manage your account

Sign in or create an account

1. 1Choose Sign in from the website or app.
2. 2Continue with the available identity provider or email flow.
3. 3If sign-in started from an export, save or checkout action, allow the app to return to the original project rather than manually opening another editor tab.
4. 4Confirm the account indicator and saved Library are the ones you expect before purchasing or exporting.

Reset an email password

1. 1Open the reset-password page from the login screen.
2. 2Enter the account email and submit the request once.
3. 3Open the newest reset email and complete the update in the same browser where possible.
4. 4Return to Screenhance and sign in with the new password.

Use Settings for account and billing access

Settings shows the current plan and account-related controls available to the signed-in user. Sign out from the sidebar when using a shared device. Signing out clears the active session but does not delete cloud-saved projects.
