Identify whether the source file, browser, network or project complexity is causing the failure.

01

An image or video will not upload

  • Confirm the file opens locally and is not zero bytes or partially downloaded.
  • Use a common image or video format supported by the selected workflow; convert unusual camera or design-tool output if necessary.
  • Try the original local file instead of a remote image URL.
  • Keep the tab open while a large upload completes and avoid uploading the same file repeatedly.
  • If a camera image format causes trouble, export it as PNG or JPEG and try again.
02

Saving appears stuck

  1. 1Check that the account session is still active in another app page.
  2. 2Wait for any large media upload before forcing another save.
  3. 3Use the save indicator's retry action if one is shown.
  4. 4Copy important text and keep the tab open before refreshing a project with unsaved work.
  5. 5After recovery, open the Library in a separate tab and confirm the project thumbnail and updated time.
03

Export is blank, incomplete or never finishes

  • Re-upload remote images that block cross-origin canvas rendering.
  • Reduce output scale or export one page, size or locale first to isolate the failing content.
  • Close memory-heavy tabs and use current Chrome or Edge for video rendering.
  • Keep the export panel open. Cancelling discards only the in-progress file, so you can retry after simplifying the project.
  • If MP4 rendering fails, try WebM when the destination accepts it.
