Store screenshots, Apple creative artwork and link previews serve different purposes. Choose the placement, check your file, and download the same specification used by the checker.
Check your image dimensions
Check the pixel size and file format for App Store screenshots. Files stay in your browser and are not stored.
This checks dimensions and file type only. Check the selected display slot, colour profile, transparency and artwork separately. A matching size does not guarantee store approval.

App Store screenshot dimensions
Apple currently lists at least one iPhone with Dynamic Island (medium display) screenshot for iPhone apps, plus a 13-inch iPad screenshot if the app supports iPadOS. Check the selected submission slot and the display-scaling notes in App Store Connect.

Apple lists separate Duo inner and outer sizes, with screenshots required from April 2027 for apps using iOS 27.1 SDK or later. Recheck the requirement when preparing that release.
