Turn a framed screenshot into a coherent, branded marketing asset.
Write and format text
Use one strong headline for the promise, then a smaller caption only when it adds information. Select a text layer to edit its words, font, weight, size, line height, alignment, color and other available styling.
- Lead with the user outcome: “Find every invoice” is stronger than “Search feature.”
- Keep line breaks intentional. Re-check them after changing font or canvas size.
- Use contrast and size for hierarchy before adding extra colors or effects.
- At small social or store sizes, remove secondary copy that cannot be read comfortably.
Build the supporting visual system
Backgrounds can be solid, gradient, mesh-like, image-based or transparent depending on the design and plan. Assets include shapes, icons, badges, illustrations, emoji and your own uploaded images.
- 1Set the background to the main brand tone or a quiet neutral that supports the screenshot.
- 2Add one supporting asset family, such as icons or abstract shapes, and keep its visual language consistent.
- 3Align repeated items and use the same spacing rhythm throughout the page.
- 4Check that decorative elements do not cover the screenshot opening or compete with the headline.
Use Layers as the control centre
- Drag layers to change front-to-back order.
- Rename or identify repeated elements before the design becomes crowded.
- Lock finished structural layers and hide alternatives you want to keep without exporting.
- Duplicate elements to preserve exact styling, then change only the content.
- Delete hidden leftovers before final export if they are no longer needed.
