Keep shared projects, assets and brand settings in the right workspace while controlling who can edit and who can review for free.

01

Create the Team workspace

  1. 1Open Settings, then choose the Team tab.
  2. 2Enter a clear workspace name and choose Create Team.
  3. 3Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar to move between Personal and Team work.
  4. 4Check the active workspace before you create, upload or save. New work belongs to the workspace shown in the switcher.
02

Invite editors and manage access

  • A Team includes three editor seats. Pending editor invitations reserve seats until they are accepted, expire or are revoked.
  • Owners and admins can invite editors. Only the owner can invite or appoint another admin.
  • Owners and admins can remove members, change editor access and revoke a pending invitation from Team settings.
  • Additional editor capacity is billed separately. Check Team settings or the pricing page for the current monthly or yearly seat price.
03

Keep shared work in the Team

Projects, reusable assets and Brand Kit settings saved in the Team workspace are available to its editors. Personal workspace content stays separate, so switching workspaces is an ownership decision rather than just a filter.

  1. 1Switch to the Team before starting a client or company project.
  2. 2Save approved logos, colors and reusable assets in the Team rather than a personal workspace.
  3. 3Open the Library while the Team is active to find the shared project again.
  4. 4Use a private review link when a client or stakeholder needs to comment without taking an editor seat.
04

Understand Team billing and ownership

Teams is a separate workspace subscription. The current public price is $24 per month or $199 per year for three editors; extra editor capacity is priced by billing interval. Reviewers on private links are free and invitations do not silently purchase seats.

The owner controls Team billing and workspace lifecycle. Transfer ownership before leaving if someone else needs to keep the workspace and its subscription under their control.
