A Play Store screenshot generator creates the marketing images you submit to Google Play. Instead of raw Android screenshots, you get polished visuals with device frames, gradient backgrounds, and feature text — the images that convince people to install your app.
For example, you design one screenshot set with captions like "Track your workouts" and "Set daily goals," then export it in every size Google Play requires — phone portrait, phone landscape, 7" tablet, and 10" tablet — from a single design.

Two capabilities that separate Screenhance from every other mockup tool in 2026: animated exports and App Store screenshot localization.
Template-driven motion — float, reveal, parallax. Export animated mockups at Product Hunt, landing-page, and Twitter/X dimensions. Most mockup tools are static-only.
One master design, per-locale captions, every required Apple and Google Play size per language. RTL and CJK support. Apple reports localized listings drive 2-3x install lifts.
iPhone 17 Pro Max (1320×2868), iPhone Air (1260×2736), iPad Pro M4 (2064×2752), and the full Google Play set — exported from one design in a single pass.
Pick a template, drop in your screenshot, export. No Figma, no Photoshop, no learning curve. Free tier covers 3 exports a month; the $6 Launch Pass covers a launch with 10 watermark-free image exports.
Google Play asks for at least two phone screenshots before you can publish, and lets you upload up to eight per device type. Each must be a PNG or JPEG, between 320 px and 3840 px on its longest side, with an aspect ratio no wider than 2:1. In practice almost every app leads with the 1080 × 1920 portrait size — it's sharp on modern phones and downscales cleanly everywhere else.
Phone screenshots are required; tablet screenshots are not — but they matter more than most developers realise. Skip the 7-inch and 10-inch sets and your listing falls back to stretched phone images on tablets, which looks unfinished and quietly suppresses tablet installs. Designing the 1200 × 1920 and 1920 × 1200 tablet versions from the same source takes minutes and removes that penalty.
The biggest lever is the first two slides. Google Play shows roughly the first two to three screenshots in search results and on the listing before anyone scrolls, so those carry almost all of the conversion weight. Lead with your strongest feature and a short, benefit-driven caption — "Track every workout" beats "Dashboard" — then use the remaining slots for depth, social proof, and a closing call to action. Keep one visual system across all eight: the same caption font, background palette, and Pixel frame treatment, so the set reads as a single campaign.
Screenhance runs entirely in the browser. There's nothing to install, and the free plan lets you design a complete Play Store set at no cost (free exports carry a small Screenhance watermark; the $6 Launch Pass or Pro removes it). Design one set, export the phone and tablet sizes together, then reuse the same layout for your App Store screenshots to keep both stores consistent. For the full walkthrough, read the Play Store screenshot guide.

Google Play requires phone screenshots at 1080×1920 (portrait). You should also provide landscape (1920×1080), 7" tablet (1200×1920), and 10" tablet (1920×1200) screenshots. Screenhance exports all sizes from one design.
The designs can share the same layout, but the sizes differ. Apple and Google require different pixel dimensions. Screenhance lets you design once and export both iOS and Android sizes automatically.
Google Play allows up to 8 screenshots per device type. Most successful apps use 5-8 screenshots highlighting key features, onboarding flow, and social proof to maximize conversions.
Great Play Store screenshots lead with your strongest feature, use clear and concise text overlays, show real app UI inside device frames, and maintain a consistent visual style across all slides.
