Keep reusable work organized and wait for media uploads and project data to finish before closing.
How autosave works
Signed-in editor projects save changes to the account while you work. The save indicator distinguishes active saving from a completed save. Large uploaded media may take longer than a text or position change.
- Keep the browser tab open until the status reports a successful save.
- Use the manual save action when offered after a connection interruption.
- Guest or local recovery can protect an interrupted session, but an account save is the durable path across browsers.
- A blob or local preview URL is not a permanent media source; saved projects upload the underlying file where the workflow supports it.
Name and group work for retrieval
- 1Rename the project using campaign, destination and version language.
- 2Save coordinated Launch Kit outputs as a kit so the related assets remain grouped.
- 3Use clear thumbnails and avoid several identically named copies of the same template.
- 4Delete only after confirming the project is not the source for a current campaign.
Reopen the correct editor
Visual projects reopen in the Visual Editor, store listing projects in the store editor and saved recordings in Studio. Browser format support still applies to Studio rendering when a saved project is reopened. If a project opens without expected media, stay on the page while signed URLs refresh, then retry before replacing anything.
