Use the billing controls attached to the same account that owns the paid entitlement.

01

Open billing management

  1. 1Sign in to the account used for the purchase.
  2. 2Open Settings and find the billing or plan section.
  3. 3Choose the management action to open the secure customer billing portal.
  4. 4Update payment details, view invoices or manage the active subscription there.
  5. 5Return to Screenhance and allow the plan status to refresh before exporting.
02

When a Launch Pass expires

A Launch Pass lasts seven days and includes up to 10 image exports. When it expires, projects remain in the Library and the account returns to Free allowances. Unused pass exports do not become a recurring balance, and buying a future pass creates the current pass entitlement defined at checkout.

03

If a paid plan is missing

  • Confirm you signed in with the same email or identity provider used at checkout.
  • Return to the app through the successful checkout tab so the session can verify the purchase.
  • Refresh Settings after a short wait; payment webhooks can take a moment to settle.
  • Do not purchase again until support confirms the first payment did not create entitlement.
