Screenhance is an online tool that allows users to create device mockups and enhance screenshots by adding frames, backgrounds, and other visual elements. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the images and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Paid features are billed in advance on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screenhance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
